The VFE Advantage for Screening Wet, Sticky or Ultrafine Materials. The exciter mechanism generates a high frequency vibration with low power input from the unbalanced electric motors. The chaotic response of the vibrators generates a high particle acceleration and excellent bed stratification. The combination prevents blinding of the screens, a common problem when fine screening naturally moist or damp materials. The highly stratified bed ensures fine particles are not impeded from passing though the screen media assuring excellent screening efficiency at very fine cut sizes.
Units supplied complete with feed, undersize, oversize chutes and steel structure with manual slope adjustment. Screen media options include woven wire polyurethane, rubber, wedge wire and poly-ester fibre cloth. Pilot scale VFE screens are also available for pilot plant and laboratory use.
